Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to all residents of Ontario aged 18 years or older, except employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of UPLP GROUP Ltd.
Campaign Period:
The giveaway campaign will begin on July 31, 2023 at 9:00 AM and ends on December 14, 2023 at 11:59 PM.
The campaign will run for 20 weeks.
How to Enter:
1. Participants can (must) enter the giveaway by following @uplpgroup on Instagram.
4. Every week, different games will be conducted, and specific instructions will be added on/under each campaign post.
Rules
1. Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries will be disqualified.
2. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or contains incorrect information will be considered void.
3. Accounts without any posting/activities/posting (without any posting on profile, should have a minimum of 5 posts on profile at the time of selecting winner) or bot accounts will not be considered for the campaign.
Winner Selection:
1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.
2. The weekly winner will be announced every monday or tuesday through UPLP GROUP Ltd’s social media channels.
3. The Grand Winner will be selected from among the 20 winners from an activity to be held on December 16, 2023.
The decision of UPLP GROUP Ltd regarding the winner(s) is final and binding.
Prize(s):
1. The prize(s) for the giveaway will be $25 value gift cards.
2. The prize for the Grand Winner will a trip for two valued at $2500 to a resort in the Caribbean.
3. The prize(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4. UPLP GROUP Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.
Winner Notification and Claiming Prize:
1. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message within 1 hour after the announcement.
2. The winner(s) must respond within 2 days of being notified to claim their prize.
3. If the winner(s) do not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, UPLP GROUP Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Grand Winner Contest
The grand winner will be selected from a contest. Each week winners will be given a key along with their prizes. The person who gets the lucky key will be able to open the box, which holds the grand prize (Tickets to Caribean Package).
1. A key will be given along with the weekly prize to the winners. This key unlocks a magical box, and within that box lies the Tickets to the enchanting Caribbean.
2. Among the 20 keys (20-week winners), only one holds the key to unlocking the grand prize box, and that lucky key holder will be crowned as the ultimate Grand Winner!
The winners should be present at UPLP Group Ltd. office at 63237, Dufferin County Rd 3, East Garafraxa, ON L9W 7J2 on the December 16, 2023 to be eligible to participate in the Grand Winner Contest to stand a chance to win the Grand Prize.
Publicity Release:
By participating in the giveaway, the winner(s) agree to allow UPLP GROUP Ltd to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes (including publishing the winner’s photo or name) on our @uplpgroup Instagram page without any further compensation.
General Conditions:
1. UPLP GROUP Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway campaign for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond our control.
2. UPLP GROUP Ltd. is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process.
3. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
By participating in this giveaway campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
